You may not know exactly what brought you here — just that something feels off. Maybe you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re carrying weight you can’t quite name. Maybe you’re struggling to connect with others, or even with yourself.

At Reclamation Psychotherapy in Jefferson County, Colorado, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself.

Through a blend of somatic therapy, spirituality, and nervous system support, we create a safe space to explore the layers of your life and to reconnect with the parts of you that may feel fragmented, shut down, or lost. In our work, we’ll welcome your full experience: anger and grief, longing, fear and joy. We work with what’s in the room — your body, your experience, your emotion — and follow what arises with curiosity and care.

This isn’t about “fixing” you. You are not broken.

Together we’ll work to unravel the beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that no longer serve you. We will release stored tension and reestablish your relationship with yourself.

Whether you’re navigating trauma or working through transitions, deepening your connection to spirit, or simply learning how to feel again — the journey is yours. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, presence, and respect for the wisdom you already possess.

If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to support you in reclaiming your wholeness, your truth, and your capacity to feel fully alive.

Founder of Reclamation Therapy

For a long time, I did everything I could to avoid my emotional pain. I was afraid that if I let myself feel it, it would never stop.

But what I’ve learned — through my own experience and in my work with others — is that emotion is meant to move. It’s not something to get rid of, push away, or shove down. We must learn to feel and to be with our emotions.

When we resist, our emotions don’t just disappear. They get stuck — in our bodies, in our patterns, and in our relationships. We start to feel disconnected, disillusioned, and unsure of who we really are.

You’re not broken. You are not wrong for feeling this way. You are human. And you are not alone.

If you’re ready, I’m here to help you recognize and release what blocks you from the love, connection, and belonging that you deserve.
